TREATMENTS
Clients that visit a Sport Massage Therapist do it for one reason - pain. Something they have done, means there is something they are no longer able to do and that is where my treatments fit in. After consultation and treatment, you will be given personalised advice to aid your recovery with the aim of reducing future pain and tension. Whether you're a stay-at-home mum, a triathlete, or an office worker we offer bespoke treatments to suit all.
BOOKING NOTE - If you are unable to find availability for your desired time, please contact me directly as I may still be able to accommodate you.

SPORTS INJURY APPOINTMENT
Typically Sports Injury sessions are for localised injured sites that impact your daily activities and are causing you pain. These treatment sessions are recommended in instances where an injury has persisted beyond initial sports massage techniques. Your sports injury appointment will then introduce alternative modalities to stimulate your healing. For example, a competitive runner with achilles pain limiting their pre-event training schedule, may book in for an appointment to target their specific pain. Treatment sessions are personalised to you, your expectations and any timescales you have in mind.
All treatment is preceded by a full consultation and biomechanical assessment. We draw on our extensive experience to treat the injured site and the surrounding tissue, combining Shockwave, Dry Needling (aka medical acupuncture), Ultrasound, Electrotherapy, Heat/Cold Therapy and Dry Cupping modalities as required. You should then expect homework (lifestyle adaptations, stretches etc) to continue the gains achieved in the clinic.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a non-invasive, holistic complementary therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing. Reducing stress in people's lives can be key in optimising good health and building resilience.
